This is ORCA Non-Polarity Noise Killer For All Receiver Input Under 10V. The Noise Killer is specifically  design to eliminate any noise that may arise from any source within the car or any devise  that you may have onboard. The interfering noises may arise from today's  brushless  servos, fans, motors and etc. It may cause a signal to be delayed by as much as 1/100 second  momentarily and can cause the car to be adversely affected, affecting the handling of  the car on track.
