Orders:
Subject to stock availability, we aim to send all orders received before 2PM weekdays, that same day. Exceptions will be Bank Holidays. Once you have checked out and paid for your goods, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your records. All prices are in pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
Back Orders
You may order items that are currently showing as out of stock. Some out of stock items may show a date at which they are expected to be received into stock by MB Models LTD. This date may not be 100% accurate due to circumstances out of our control, and as such, no guarantee is offered by this service. It is possible for you to order a larger quantity of a product than that shown in stock. We will simply ship the stock we do have and the rest will go on back order for you. If stocked and out of stock products are ordered together, MB Models LTD will ship all products which are in stock and place the other products onto a back order system. You will be informed via email of any products currently on back order on your behalf. When the products arrive with MB Models LTD they will automatically be shipped to you as soon as possible. An appropriate charge will be made for postage where applicable.
Even if a product does not show a back in stock due date, you may still order this item. We will then order the product for you and send to you when it arrives. Confirmation of your back order will be sent to you via email.
Delivery & Postage costs:
Products will be sent to UK Mainland addresses using Royal Mail First Class Post, free of charge where the order total is over £50.

95% of First Class post normally arrives the next day, this however is NOT a guaranteed service and can take longer. Please note that First Class post only has an insurance value of up to £28 for products that do not arrive within 15 working days. This is the maximum we can claim on your behalf for lost items, less the cost of postage.
Certain more expensive items will be sent via next working day courier for convenience and security Free of charge. This service will require a signature at the point of delivery.
All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual carrier. MB Models Ltd. will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods.

Returns
Goods faulty on arrival
Any goods faulty on arrival must be reported to MB Models LTD within 28 days. When the product is received back by MB Models LTD the fault will be verified and the product will be replaced or refunded. All faulty electrical items will be sent back to the distributor or manufacturer for testing. This is for the manufacturer to determine whether the fault is through manufacturing defect or failure rather than abuse or misuse.
Damaged in transit
All goods damaged in transit should be reported to MB Models LTD within 48 hours. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, a note should be made on any relevant delivery paperwork accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back to MB Models LTD a full refund by the original payment method, or replacement will be issued.
Goods faulty within warranty period
If a product bought from MB Models LTD develops a fault within the warranty period you are entitled to a warranty repair. You must first contact MB Models LTD for a warranty return number and return the product to our premises in accordance with the above. MB Models LTD will then inspect the unit and where possible/allowed by the distributor refund or replace the product. Some items such as electrical equipment, engines etc, will be sent to the relevant distributor for testing before any replacement or credit will be given. This is to check for abuse and misuse.
Any items received back by MB Models LTD that are tested and found to have no fault may incur a handling charge. Any handling charge will be based on individual case circumstances and is not a flat rate charge.
Non faulty returns
If you have changed your mind following purchasing goods from MB Models LTD, it is possible to return goods for refund or exchange. MB Models LTD must be informed of the decision to return goods within 7 days of receipt by you. The goods to be returned must not be opened or used and must be in "as new" condition when returned to us. Once MB Models LTD has been informed, you must return the goods within 28 days in order to receive a refund via the original payment method or an exchange for other goods. The refund will be less any postage charges incurred by MB Models. Some goods are excluded from the returns option such as special order goods. If a seal on the goods packaging has been broken, 20% of the retail amount for the goods will automatically be deducted from the refund.
Returning Goods
Before any items are returned to MB Models LTD please ensure you have done the following:
1) Have a valid returns number issued by an MB Models LTD member of staff.
2) Enclose all accessories originally included with the goods unless otherwise informed.
3) Return in the original external packaging as received by you.
4) Ensure that the full address listed below is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
5) Use a label to clearly display the returns number.
6) Do not under any circumstances write on the original goods box or packaging.
7) Securely seal the packaging using a similar method as per the original delivery.
8) Ensure all returns are sent via recorded delivery with a form of insurance. MB Models LTD will not be held liable for any packages lost or damaged in transit. All returns are done at the purchaser's risk.

Please note that it is not possible to return or cancel goods specially ordered for you, unless they are faulty. In these cases the above faulty goods procedure must be adhered to.
